JOB SUMMARY

Support Trade Marketing Activities: Assist in the development and implementation of trade marketing plans, promotions, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
In-Store Visibility: Coordinate and monitor the placement of POS materials and ensure brand visibility standards are met.
Retails audit: Participate in trade marketing visits to evaluate execution quality, collect competitive intelligence, and propose improvement ideas.
Event & Activation Support: Assist in planning and coordinating trade events, product launches, and merchandising campaigns.
Budget & Admin Support: Help with invoice processing, supplier coordination, and tracking of marketing budgets.

Projects You’ll Work On:

Support on trade planning of innovation launch and Back To School 2026 for Ivory coast
Trade activities execution and reporting for Ivory Coast
Follow up and deployment of POSM for Ivory Coast
Trade Marketing visit and reporting

Requirements:

Master’s degree in communication, marketing or Statistic.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to do deep focus work.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A proactive and motivated and positive attitude, eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic marketing team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Fluent in English is a plus;
