The job holder executes the maintenance and construction of the blade production machines according to the industrial automation department supervisor's and foreman's guidelines. Also they have the responsibility for the secure and proper operation of all electrical and electronic installations concerning production equipment.
Responsibilities:

Follow the guidelines and drawings of his superiors (Industrial Automation Department Supervisor & Foreman) for the construction and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment as well as electrical panels.

Restore electrical and electronic damages and problems concerning the machines of the plant in the shortest possible time.

Undertake the construction of new projects assigned by his superiors.

Inform the Industrial Automation Department Supervisor & Foreman regarding the adequacy of stored spare parts and suggest corrective actions.

Cooperate with other departments to secure the continuous and effective operation of production equipment.

Maintain the good condition and adequacy of the tools used and ensure workplace order.

Report, communicate with and inform the Department Supervisor and Foreman.

Participate in various experiments concerning R&D projects, Industrialization and Improvement projects.

Participate actively in the process of covering all issues regarding industrial design/drawings of production equipment.

Decide on the automation equipment that needs to be installed and the programming of PLC, SCADA, etc., for reconstruction and improvements of existing blade production machines.

Propose improvements to existing production lines.

Follow up on the process of introducing new technologies within the areas of responsibility.

Establish lines of communication within the company to contribute effectively to production and project optimization.

Execute all relevant duties which may occur within the limits of the law and according to the company's needs.

Implement the documented requirements of the Quality System and the requirements of the IFS HPC Standard.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
-
Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering.

5 to 8 years of relevant experience in production machine maintenance, machine building and commissioning.
- English proficiency, Computer literacy, PLC Programming and Industrial Automation knowledge.
- Teamwork, Persistence, Patience, Consistency and Confidentiality.
