As a General Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a member of the General Facilities Team, responsible for planning and coordinating facilities maintenance technicians’ activities and proposing solutions to improve existing mechanical installations operations.

In this role you will:

Coordinate teams of facilities technicians (8 people)
Participate in the development of maintenance program for facilities mechanical equipment and installations
Propose technical solutions to improve existing mechanical installations operations
Support procurement on the market research and materials evaluation for new equipment acquisition
Coordinate technical training of GF department’s technicians
Maintain archive of drawings of mechanical installation equipment
Participate as a team member in cross-functional projects

What you'll bring to BIC:

University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, licensed Engineer
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in industrial / manufacturing environment
CAD programs operation and proficient knowledge of AutoCAD software
Advanced knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)
PC literacy (especially MS Office)
People management experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Teamwork, working in multiple projects and teams
