Your main missions will be following:

  • Manage validation activities for all New Products by running the respective tests & metrology measurements needed to verify the design intent. 
  • Provide support to Core Tech and Blade Tech during the Development phase in order to finalize specs for all Shavers & Blade Tech Projects. 
  • Develop new products’ validation protocols’ methodologies & qualification plans in collaboration with the Engineering team whereas needed 
  • Reporting & debrief of results according to standards to the respective stakeholders 
  • Lead and/or assist in thorough investigation and root cause analysis of new product issues.
  • Support the maintenance of the quality system in the Shavers QA Lab, and all the respective validation documentation according to the ISO 17025:2017 approved standards.

What you’ll bring to BIC:

  • Engineering degree is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Lab environment, equipment maintenance / measurements / testing
  • Metrology experience is appreciated
  • MS Excel / MS Power Point knowledge and data processing experience
  • Collaboration and communication skills
  • Time management and ability to work on a few projects simultaneously
  • Analytical skills, ability to investigate route cause
  • Advanced English level
