As Recruiter - Supply Chain, you will be responsible to implement effective talent acquisition programs, processes and solutions that will attract the right talent for the organization.

What You'll Do:

Manage the overall recruitment process (advertising, sourcing, interviewing, recommendation), negotiate competitive offers and implement local onboarding programs.
Meet regularly with hiring managers, business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, implement sourcing strategy, identify potential gaps in the process and suggest solutions for all issues evolving during the hiring process.
Monitor the costs of the recruitment process.
Develop new and innovative sourcing pipelines, partner with other stakeholders like universities/technical schools and participate in career events to increase candidate flow.
Use social media sites to promote the BIC employer brand, post jobs and engage candidates.
Manage the overall candidate experience, guide hiring managers on the process and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Explore the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices.
Partner with global Talent Acquisition team.

What You Bring to BIC:

Bachelor’s degree
Starting recruiting experience with mass recruitment in a corporate recruiting role and/or in an agency/search firm role
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Fluency in Engish
Previous experience in FMCG Sector is appreciated
Knowledge of SAP Success Factors or any other HR system
Multi-tasking, organizational, presentation, collaboration and negotiation skills
