Advogado(a) Júnior (exclusivo para Pessoas com Deficiência)

Principais Responsabilidades:

• Atuar em assuntos jurídicos gerais (cível, trabalhista, contratos, societário, contencioso, compliance, privacidade de dados, entre outros);

• Elaborar relatórios de contencioso e societário;

• Acompanhar prazos judiciais e administrativos, garantindo o pleno cumprimento das obrigações legais;

• Controlar pagamentos relacionados a processos judiciais e despesas jurídicas;

• Gerenciar e organizar documentos jurídicos físicos e digitais, bem como manter atualizados os sistemas internos;

• Controlar assinaturas de documentos societários;

• Controlar e gerenciar procurações;

• Apoiar a equipe jurídica em auditorias, revisões contratuais, treinamentos de compliance e atividades relacionadas.

Requisitos:

• Graduação em Direito;

• Registro ativo na OAB;

• Conhecimento na elaboração de relatórios jurídicos;

• Capacidade de organizar informações e gerenciar múltiplos prazos simultaneamente;

• Proficiência no Pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Organização, proatividade, comprometimento com prazos e boa comunicação escrita.

Diferenciais:

• Inglês ou espanhol;

• Experiência com gestão de documentos e controle financeiro em departamentos jurídicos;

• Vivência em ambiente corporativo;

• Experiência anterior como advogado(a) júnior ou estagiário(a) em departamento jurídico corporativo.
