Key accountabilities:
-Advise and assist the management in the evaluation of risks and the definition of the policy of safety, hygiene, and respect of the environment.
- Ensure that the impact of industrial activity on the environment is reduced.
- Ensure that HSE aspects are considered by other departments in their daily activities.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and the requirements of interested parties (BIC Group, insurers, etc.) and organize the compliance of the site and the maintenance of this compliance
- Organize the updating of the occupational risk assessment and environmental analysis, by carrying out assessments when HSE expertise is required
- Establish prevention programs to reduce incidents, occupational accidents and illnesses and reduce the environmental impact of the site
- Implement the site's HSE management system
- Raise awareness and train employees in the HSE approach and risk prevention
- Implementing HSE communication actions
- Organize the site to respond to previously identified emergency scenarios, in collaboration with the maintenance manager for fire risks
- Maintain and regularly update the accident register in collaboration with the Human Resources department.
- Analyze the causes of incidents and accidents and ensure that experience is shared within the site and within the Category
- Perform routine inspections and compliance audits across production workshops
- Ensure the follow-up of HSE indicators
Qualification required:
Superior Technician/ Master/ Engineer or equivalent
Specialty: Quality, Health, Safety, Environment
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards
Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 18001 standards
Knowledge of internal audits (ISO 19011,...)
Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, , QRQC, 5M, 5S, 5Why, etc.)
Basic MS Office Computer Skill + Quality + Operation + Industrialization …
Professional experience:
5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong interpersonal skills to collaboratively work with BIC team members in order to provide support
Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and desire to deliver results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work effectively in an environment where priorities and assigned tasks change quickly
