Location: Bucharest or any other city within central part of Romania
What you'll do:
- Coordinating the local field sales team for all BIC product categories
- Setting clear individual goals for all team members under your supervision, aligned with the company's sales objectives and policy, and analyzing and monitoring performance
- Motivating the team of 12 sales professionals
- Organizing individual evaluation meetings with each member of the field sales team, semi-annually and at the end of the year
- Setting up sales meetings with the entire team, at least once a month
- Identifying market / customer needs and establishing the strategy for the field sales team, together with clear action plans;
- Constant communication and collaboration with other departments such as KAM, Marketing, Customer Service and Finance;
- Collecting information regarding customer reactions to store products and conveying this information to colleagues in other departments such as Marketing and Customer Service;
- Optimizing sales areas and routes
- Planning, reporting, and order entry activities
What you'll bring to BIC:
- High school or higher education
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position within FMCG (experience in the stationery industry is an advantage)
- Proven experience in managing national sales teams
- Experience with Modern Trade customers (like Auchan, Kaufland, Carrefour e.g.)
- Ability to adapt to the current dynamic & competetive market context
- English language skills: conversational level
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, E-mail, etc.)
- Driver's license, category B, and availability to travel 2 days per week across Romania
- Knowledge of the market and customers
- Experience in creating clear sales & marketing plans
- Ability to set priorities and results-oriented
