Job Summary
Creating value for BIC and stationers by:
- Generating volume growth, turn over, Numeric Distribution with its sales jurisdiction,
- Representing the company as its Ambassador before stationery customers.
- Building a good reputation,
- Implementing BIC Maroc commercial policy,
- Maintaining good business relations with the customers
- Keeping a watch on the competition.
Main Responsibilities / Tasks
Continuously and permanently, the Stationery Sales Representative has to:
- Monitor, support and achieve sales targets and expand distribution levels,
- Achieve and maintain a dominant position for BIC Maroc in terms of visibility to stimulate demand within the POS for BIC Maroc portfolio.
- Plan effectively sales routes and visit frequency to cover fully and optimally the affected territory.
- Build good business relationship with customers so as to generate a positive attitude towards the company's initiatives.
- Demonstrate a strict and rigorous monitoring of regulations, and outstanding balance of its sector using the tools at its disposal. Carefully follow the procedures. (State instances, payments, credit limits ...)
- Have constantly updated files, clean, sorted and operational. (Clients Sheets)
- Report daily and weekly reconciliation, Report of the activity in its sector and gather information related to competition (price, new products, policies, strategies ...) during morning meetings with the Supervisor.
- Order or order recovery.
- Arrange in each point of sale of all or bet the range previously defined, and assortment defined at the beginning of each sales cycle.
- Identify and use every opportunity to increase distribution by recruiting new customers and optimizing the range among existing customers.
- Influence each store to maintain an optimal level of stock for BIC products.
- Follow price levels for different classes of customers and ensure compliance tariff levels recommended by BIC Maroc.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance in perfect working order: the vehicle, media and promotional items that the company makes available.

Candidate Profile: Qualifications / Technical Skills

Previous / Professional Experience
- 3+ years as Sales Rep in stationery or in office supply business
- Experience on Stationery / office / B2B Business environment is a plus

- BAC+2
- Fluent Arabic. Good French. Fluent Berber is a plus.
- Domestic travels according to business needs
