Role & responsibilities:

Lead and follow up all projects relating to complex switches linked to Legal reasons or Innovation Programs (initiated by the Category) with an impact on the artwork
Manage and coordinate the Switch from overall strategy to availability of new codes
Define the Switch strategy (soft/hard switch, change of code/no change of code…) with Switch team (Category, commercial, GSC)
Work closely (GSC Single point of contact) with the Category Program leader and program planner, Legal, Continent Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Demand Planning and PLM
Ensure smooth product switches : ensure new products are launched on time and minimize shortage/BO on new codes
Minimize overstock/slobs and destruction of old bulk and packs on old codes
Analyze & publish performance KPI on the different switches (number of codes in scope, achieved…)
Act as business process owner for SPM tool

Profile requirements:

3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced moving environment
Previous experience in the Supply Chain function
Proficient with many tools (Excel, JDA, JDE, Cognos, Power BI, WID...)
Good knowledge of BIC product portfolio
Capacity of leading meetings & coordinating with local, regional, and global teams
Fluent in English
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Good capabilities in Project Management
Good communication skills
