As BIC continues to evolve its category-led organization and global operating model, we are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support key areas of the business. This role will act as a strategic partner to leaders, driving the people agenda and enabling business performance through strong organizational capability, talent, and culture. 

The Senior HRBP will operate within a global, matrixed environment, partnering closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs), HR Operations, and HR leadership to deliver a consistent and high-impact HR experience. This role plays a critical part in translating business strategy into actionable people priorities and ensuring effective execution across the organization. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing proactive guidance on organizational, talent, and culture priorities  

  • Translate business strategy into a clear people agenda that supports performance, growth, and transformation  

  • Participate in leadership team discussions, contributing to business planning, operating reviews, and strategic decision-making  

  • Drive talent management processes including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development  

  • Coach leaders on performance, team effectiveness, and organizational dynamics  

  • Build strong talent pipelines and support critical hiring and workforce planning needs and ensure adherence to labor cost planning.Shape 

  • Lead organization design and workforce planning efforts aligned with evolving business needs  

  • Drive and support change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication, adoption, and sustainability  

  • Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, structure, ways of working and manage labor costs 

  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with BIC values  

  • Lead engagement efforts, including survey deployment and action planning  

  • Support leaders in building strong, engaged, and high-performing teams Shape 

  • Act as a point of contact for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes  

  • Provide guidance on policies, performance management, and workforce issues  

  • Partner with legal and HR stakeholders as needed  

  • Lead core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and compensation planning  

  • Partner with HR CoEs to deliver consistent & integrated HR solutions  

  • Ensure high-quality execution of HR programs and initiatives Shape 

  • Leverage HR data and analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive action  

  • Manage and utilize workforce and organizational data to support planning and performance  

  • Support HR transformation initiatives and contribute to the evolution of HR ways of working  

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve processes and employee experience  

 

Qualifications 

  • 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles  

  • Experience supporting senior leaders within global, matrixed organizations  

  • Strong expertise in organization design, talent management, and change management  

  • Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels  

  • Experience managing complex employee relations matters  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset  

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills  

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  

  • Global mindset with experience working across regions and cultures  

  • Business fluency in English required
