The Head of Real Estate, Mobility, and Travel Group is responsible for managing the company's real estate assets, vehicle fleet, and travel policies. The primary objectives are to optimize costs, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional user experience for team members.

This position also leads the global strategy and governance of BIC’s real estate, mobility, and travel ecosystem to ensure cost efficiency, sustainability, and an exceptional workplace experience that supports BIC’s culture and growth ambitions.

 

 

Key Responsibilities and Activities

 

Real Estate :

  • Portfolio Management: Directly oversees 42 leases, representing a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of 17.49M€ annually, maintain the portfolio for all properties.
  • Asset Management: Proposes a real estate master plan in each country, conducts stay-or-move studies, and oversees asset sales (with support from local teams and advisors outside France), oversees lease administration (renewals, negotiations with landlords).
  • Work environment : Defines the policy, monitors service providers for its implementation in Europe, and ensures compliance (advisory/control) in the rest of the world.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensures all sites comply with safety, accessibility, and environmental standards.
  • Project Oversight: Leads redevelopment, relocation, and construction projects.
  • Budget Control: Monitors real estate budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

 

Car Fleet :

  • Mobility Strategy: Defines and manages the company's car policy, including purchase, hire, maintenance, and renewal.
  • Policy Development: Collaborates with Total Rewards, Procurement, and the Climate Change department to establish and implement mobility policies.
  • Team Leadership: Provides guidance to local fleet managers across regions.
  • Supplier Relations: Oversees relationships with leasing companies, maintenance providers, and fuel suppliers.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyzes fleet usage data and propose cost-saving measures.

 

Travel :

  • Policy Implementation: Develops and implements travel policies in compliance with budgetary and regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiates contracts with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel chains.
  • User Experience: Ensures a seamless travel experience for employees aligned with company standards.

 

Budget MAI: 

  • Lease, charges, taxes Clichy office, travel, Real estate agents fees
  • Management: Car fleet & Real Estate Analyst / Travel manager

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

Technical Expertise:

    • Experience tracking and reporting on real estate utilization, travel patterns, and mobility costs.
    • Comfortable leveraging digital tools (e.g., dashboards, occupancy sensors, travel analytics) to drive data-based decision making.
    • Proven experience in real estate (leases, property transactions, project oversight), and procurement processes.
    • Strong financial and budgetary acumen, with expertise in cost optimization and investment forecasting.
    • Knowledge and interest for workplace services management.
    • Proficiency in management tools and reporting systems.
    • Ability to implement data and analytics systems.
