- Develop and implement account-specific eCommerce activation plans, promotional calendars, and online execution priorities aligned with KAM-led customer strategies.
- Ensure strong alignment between online and offline strategies, driving consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Manage and develop the pure play channel, while identifying and activating new and relevant eCommerce growth opportunities.
Content Excellence
- Lead Amazon-first content development projects, coordinating with internal Marketing, Amazon Regional and Global teams, and external agencies to drive retail readiness.

- Create, optimize, and localize product content across Amazon and other omnichannel retailers in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agencies.
- Ensure data accuracy, asset quality, and content consistency across content platforms (PIM, DAL, ECM, etc.) and omnichannel customers.
- Own the execution quality of digital shelf assets, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and brand standards.
Digital Shelf Excellence & SPARC
- Own SPARC score management for Amazon and omnichannel customers, including reporting, action planning, and follow-up execution with KAMs.
- Act as the local subject-matter expert for digital shelf and content excellence, influencing internal standards and best practices.
- Track and improve key SPARC drivers such as content quality, image coverage, Amazon A+ adoption, and review health.
- Manage Amazon Brand Store, product detail pages, consumer reviews, and ratings from a content and digital shelf perspective.
- Run content A/B tests, activate Amazon Vine where applicable, and implement systematic review response processes in line with platform policies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Own local customer service communication related to eCommerce operations, ensuring orders are delivered on time and in full, and supporting resolution of issues.
- Collaborate closely with KAMs, Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure aligned priorities and strong execution.
- Build and activate local advertising, promotion, and seasonal plans using insights from category data, shopper behavior, and brand priorities.
- Provide structured feedback to KAMs, Category, and Marketing based on local performance, retailer dynamics, and consumer insights.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in eCommerce, sales, or trade marketing within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience managing omnichannel e-retail execution in collaboration with Key Account Managers.
