Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of BIC's RGM applications.

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of TPM/TPO and related RGM tools.

Partner with Commercial, Sales, Finance, and RGM teams to translate business needs into technology solutions.

Manage application demand, prioritize initiatives, and oversee the product backlog.

Ensure platform scalability, governance, performance, and operational excellence.Lead vendor relationships, service delivery, and quarterly business reviews.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architecture, Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Project Management.

Drive user adoption, release management, and ongoing enhancement initiatives.

Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and implementation success.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Systems, IT Applications, or related roles.

Hands-on experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), Pricing Optimization, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) solutions.

Proven success owning enterprise applications, including roadmap management, implementations, and continuous improvements.

Strong understanding of commercial processes and how TPM/TPO supports broader RGM strategies.

Experience managing software vendors and external implementation partners.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Proven project and program management capabilities.

Strategic mindset with the ability to connect business priorities and technology solutions.
BIC’s NAM headquarters will be located in Norwalk, Connecticut. Scheduled to open in 2027, the new headquarters is designed to foster a collaborative, flexible, and modern work environment while supporting a hybrid work model.
