As a Senior Product Manager for Shavers, you will be part of the Turkish Marketing team, reporting directly to the General Manager. Your mission is to drive the strategic growth of the Shavers category in Turkey and oversee Export operations. You will design and execute annual marketing plans that increase consumer preference for our brand and support growth and development of the category.

 

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

  • Contribute to the local marketing strategy development and marketing operational plan, in line with the EU strategy and local commercial targets

  • Business intelligence: Analyze Nielsen data / channel managers information to monitor the market trends and brand performance regularly so that opportunities and improvement areas are defined, and actions are taken accordingly.

  • Manage product portfolio based on market and sales analysis, define the products suitable for the export markets and prepare business cases of new product innovations for the local market

  • Coordinate the pricing process with Sales and Finance, by tracking the benchmarks and profitability 

Communication & Brand Activation

  • Lead communication projects across all consumer touchpoints (mainly TV, digital and in-store) for hero products and launches

  • Coordinate external partners like creative, media planning, display and event agencies

  • Conduct TV and digital marketing campaigns covering different channels with the support of the media purchasing agency and evaluate their effectiveness

  • Lead influencer collaborations to improve awareness and generate consideration on defined products

Trade Marketing & Commercial Support

  • Partner with national key account customers for retail media projects

  • Support the e-commerce team and key account management to improve online visibility and content on pure player and omnichannel markets

  • Manage in-store activation projects (in-store branding, POP materials and consumer activities) in collaboration with the sales team

  • Development of marketing communication materials (product presentations, catalogues/brochures, banner adaptations, promotional materials) as well as product training for the staff (internal staff and merchandising teams).

Operational Excellence

  • Responsible for brand support budget setting, control and reporting

  • Contribute to the sales forecast in co-operation with the demand planner and sales team

  • Collaborate with HQ marketing team in order to secure validation of the plans and alignment with EU strategy 

 

What You'll Bring To BIC:

 

  • University Degree
  • Extensive work experience in marketing related positions, preferably in FMCG/CPG industry
  • Excellent level of English language, both spoken and written
  • Experience in project management and budget management
  • Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Nielsen database will be a plus
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus
