We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven eCommerce Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key eCommerce customers and marketplaces, driving sales growth, and ensuring the overall success of our eCommerce channel in Turkey.
Responsibilities:
Key Account Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key pure eCommerce partners.

Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Lead Joint Business Planning processes with key partners to align shared growth objectives and yearly targets.

Negotiate annual terms and commercial agreements, including trade investments and promotional calendars.

Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
Sales & Revenue Growth

Drive revenue and market share growth through effective account management and strategic initiatives.

Analyze sales data, profitability, and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.

Implement promotional activities to increase product visibility and conversion across platforms.

Monitor pricing, availability, and assortment competitiveness on key customer platforms.
Strategic Planning
-
Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to the nature of each account.

Identify market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor insights to inform strategy.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, marketing, and trade to align business objectives.
Performance Analysis

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, conversion, availability, and digital share of shelf.

Leverage data from dashboards and reporting tools to recommend and implement performance improvements.

Evaluate and manage trade investments.
Digital Shelf & Content Management

Ensure best-in-class content (images, product descriptions, SEO keywords).

Monitor digital shelf metrics such as ranking, search visibility, and product completeness.

Coordinate with marketing to execute content updates in line with brand guidelines.
Platform & Tools Expertise
-
Demonstrate knowledge of Turkey’s leading eCommerce platforms (e.g., Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon TR).

Utilize tools like Power BI, Power Query, or platform-specific dashboards (e.g., Vendor Central) to manage performance.

Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within the eCommerce team.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate closely with internal teams including supply chain, finance, marketing, customer service, and demand planning.

Ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of issues affecting account performance.

Communicate proactively with eCommerce partners, providing regular updates and insights.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

3–5 years of experience in sales, eCommerce, or key account management (experience with FMCG or digital platforms is a plus).

Demonstrated eagerness to stay ahead of eCommerce trends, technologies, and platform best practices.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power Query, CMS tools, or BI dashboards is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive commercial decisions.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
