Brand Marketing Coordinator – Stationery
Job Purpose
Lead the execution of brand strategies for the Writing Instruments category in Mexico, serving as the key link between Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and external agencies. This role drives commercial excellence through sales support, brand campaigns, innovation launches, media management, and customer-facing marketing materials to achieve business growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Key Account teams to create impactful customer presentations, sell-in materials, and category stories.
- Develop commercial tools, product sheets, promotional materials, and trade activation toolkits.
- Ensure marketing support is delivered on time for key commercial periods and customer initiatives.
- Design and deliver product and brand training for sales teams.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, FAQs, and sales enablement tools.
- Adapt global brand content to local market needs and channels.
- Coordinate creative, digital, media, and production agencies to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Develop agency briefs, manage timelines, and oversee campaign asset delivery.
- Support integrated campaigns across digital, retail, e-commerce, influencer, and trade channels.
- Review media plans and monitor campaign performance against objectives and budgets.
- Analyze results, identify optimization opportunities, and report ROI and key insights.
- Manage marketing budget tracking, invoice approvals, and spending allocation.
- Lead the marketing execution of product launches and innovation projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful market introductions.
- Monitor competitors, pricing strategies, and category trends to support business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Marketing within FMCG.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Nielsen, Circana, or similar market intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with media planning, digital marketing, budget management, and project coordination.
- Advanced English.
