The HR Service Advisor is a key member of the HR Service Line, responsible for delivering high-quality HR operations with a strong focus on data accuracy, process consistency, and service excellence across the region. This role plays an important part in ensuring operational efficiency and data integrity, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to a consistent employee experience.
This is an analyst level.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, managing HR inquiries and requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in line with defined SLAs.
- Provide guidance on HR systems such as SuccessFactors and handle more complex cases.
- Execute end-to-end HR processes (from onboarding to offboarding), ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all transactions
- Support team members by clarifying processes and sharing best practices when needed.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy when executing employee data changes.
- Identify data inconsistencies and escalate or address issues that may impact downstream processes.
- Identify recurring issues and inefficiencies in daily operations. Contribute to process improvements, standardization efforts, and automation initiatives.
- Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base content to reflect current ways of working and ensure team alignment.
- Participate in HR projects such as system implementations, enhancements, and regional initiatives, supporting delivery and execution of assigned activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar environments
- Advanced English (written and verbal)
- Experience working with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, workday.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy mindset
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and manage priorities effectively
- Problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address operational issues
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to support the team
- Understanding of the employee lifecycle (hiring, internal movement, promotion, offboarding, etc.)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Availability to work on a hybrid model in Toreo (MX)
