JOB TITLE
REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
areas: 1) Piemonte, Liguria, Valle d'Aosta. Lombardy for direct retail customers 2) Emilia Romagna and Marche 3) Lazio
Main responsabilities:
- Managing a defined list of regional accounts and wholesalers within Stationery Traditional Trade;
- Accelerate our Direct to Retailer strategy by managing key direct retailers and chains
- Setting up commercial objectives and business plans per customer and defining clear commercial budgets;
- Implementing the standard actions and promotions and setting up a challenging promotional plan;
- Identifying customer needs and opportunities based on a clear market & customer analysis (GFK figures);
- Negotiating product ranges, in line with the sales policy, and establishing commercial agreements;
- Processing orders through CRM for permanent ranges and promotional offers;
- Focusing on establishing working relationships with existing customers and developing the distribution of BIC products in line with the BIC sales policy;
- Monitoring customer budgets as Year End Rebate and COOP through the IT Sales tools;
- Optimizing internal communication with other departments as Marketing, BDM and Customer Service;
- Visiting a defined number of Stationers within a specific sales area in order to develop the market share of BIC products for stationery;
- Data Collection in point of sales about customer, competition and Bic products;
- Managing shelf presentation (clean and well-presented BIC products);
- Monitoring retail prices and price labeling in the stores.
Qualifications:
- University Degree
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within FMCG companies
- Previous experience managing Div1000 Wholesalers and key chains will be a plus
- Driving License B
- Result-oriented with proven negotiation skills and strong relationships building attitude
- Able to implement clear sales & marketing plans and to set up dedicated promotions in line with group policy
- Strong analytical and organization skills
- Availability to travel 4 days out of 5 on the field
- Knowledge of English will be a plus
