The E-Commerce Manager will play a role in driving the growth and development of BIC’s North American E-Commerce business, with primary responsibility for Amazon Canada and analytical support for Amazon US. Amazon Canada represents a majority of BIC Canada’s E-Commerce sales and is the leading customer for developing and executing BIC’s E-Commerce strategy in Canada accross all our categories. 

This role contributes directly to BIC’s Values and Vision by accelerating profitable, sustainable growth, strengthening brand presence across digital marketplaces, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and customer management excellence. The position will lead day-to-day Amazon Canada business management, including customer relationship ownership, promotional and advertising planning, forecasting, assortment management, and operational execution, while also supporting the Amazon US business through analytics, reporting, and business insights.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, commercially minded, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, Consumer Engagement, Customer Service, and IT teams to drive executional excellence, support long-term growth strategies, and ensure strong operational performance across Amazon platforms.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day management of the Amazon Canada business, including ownership of customer relationships, strategic planning, and business execution
  • Drive annual sales growth and profitability through promotional planning, pricing strategy, annual vendor negotiations, and customer program management
  • Lead customer meetings and business reviews with Amazon buyers to identify opportunities, address risks, and support long-term growth initiatives
  • Plan and execute promotional and advertising strategies for key tentpole events including Prime Day, Back-to-School, and Holiday periods
  • Partner with external agencies and internal Brand/Digital teams to coordinate advertising campaigns and optimize digital media investments
  • Manage forecasting, inventory planning, and assortment maintenance to support strong in-stock performance and operational execution during key promotional periods
  • Oversee new item setup, digital shelf content accuracy, and troubleshoot operational or item-level issues to ensure seamless order flow and customer experience
  • Provide analytical and reporting support to the Amazon US business team, leveraging Amazon data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business recommendations
  • Develop compelling selling stories, business recaps, and presentations to support customer strategy and leadership visibility
  • Support forecasting, sales planning, and performance tracking processes across the Amazon business
  • Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, Consumer Engagement, and IT teams to ensure operational excellence and marketplace requirements are consistently met
  • Support future Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and marketplace expansion opportunities across new channels and platforms
  • Monitor competitive activity, marketplace developments, and E-Commerce trends to proactively identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations


What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of E-Commerce, Digital Commerce, or Omni-Channel experience, preferably within a consumer products or CPG organization
  • Experience managing Amazon and/or major online retail accounts, including knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central and marketplace environments
  • Experience with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and/or third-party marketplace selling preferred
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset, strong business acumen, and sense of urgency
  • Passion for E-Commerce, digital innovation, and driving sustainable business growth
