Responsibilities/tasks:

  • Coordination of Warehouse administration tasks:
    • Control activity (physical WH audits and WH movements within company ERP)
    • Solve daily stock discrepancies
    • Report and follow WH movements
    • Coordinate empty pallet management
    • Follow WH KPI's and corrective actions
    • Coordinate stock depletion process
    • Coordinate yearly stock take
    • Communicate actively with logistic provider 
    • Control WH invoice and follow cost evolution

 

  • Coordination of distribution activities:
    • Coordinate activities between local customer service, logistic provider and carriers
    • Ensure customer orders are prepared, shipped and delivered on time
    • Define and order right transport capacities
    • Manage priorities, claims and returns
    • Follow monthly carrier's KPI's and corrective actions
    • Control transport invoices and follow cost evolution vs. budget
    • Optimize costs by improving load optimization, order preparation at the WH
    • Support purchasing team and brief definition for transport tenders
  • Participation in projects linked to activity optimization with focus to keep service level and cost under control

Qualifications

 

  • 2 years in logistic coordination function (experience with distribution of FMCG products is strong advantage)
  • Secondary school graduate with leaving exam
  • English is must (written/spoken)
  • Computer skills – skilled in PC, strong in excel is a must
  • Occasional travel within Europe – max 2 times / year
  • Organized, accurate and responsible
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Analytical thinking (performance and cost oriented analysis)
  • Pro-active approach
  • Adaptable to changes
  • Teamwork sense: ability to work within the supply chain team and to be the interface with all departments
  • Ability to work in multicultural environment
