What You'll Do:

Recording transactions of expenses, revenues (including back margins adjustments), and accruals (including bad debts) in JDE according to Group rules (IFRS) and local GAAP of the relevant entity
Loading of monthly group reporting in HFM
Reinvoicing, recording, and reconciling intercompany transactions
Participation in all group financial processes and respect for group reporting and consolidation deadlines (reporting, budget, consolidation)
Responsible for the monitoring, analysis, and the justification of all accounts under their own scope as well as clearing of suspense accounts.
Accountable for the effective delivery of General Accounting processes, and data accuracy in line with established SLAs for the Finance function.
Deliver to agreed SLAs regarding time and accuracy, including respecting closing deadlines and quality level
Contribute to the production of timely, accurate financial statements and reports; ensure accurate cutoffs, and timely account reconciliation
Assist with monthly and yearly tax declaration filing
Tax audit preparation if any
Fixed assets management following group and statutory rules
Inventory entries posting
Assist local Finance teams
Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

What You'll Bring To BIC:

Accounting Degree
Minimum 3 years in a similar function (General Ledger Accounting)
Strong accounting knowledge
Excel expertisе
Knowledge of JDE (Accounting and Reporting) would be appreciated
Hyperion (Consolidation) is a plus
Teamwork spirit
Good communication
English language imperative (additional European language is plus)
Sense of priorities
Meticulousness, rigor, autonomy
