The Associate Manager, Short term product availability (STPA) manages, animates & develops a team of STPA Coordinators.

Main responsibilities:

Team management:

  • Manage, animate & develop a team of STPA Coordinators (4 people), each of them working on all countries of the same HUB or several DCs 
  • Manage the organization of the team during the Back to School peak of activity (one temporary recruitment in support from February to August) 
  • Support the team to ensure product availability in the right place, in the right quantity and at the right moment with a strong focus on operations with high business impact (key customers, key products, new listings…): arbitrate, give guidelines to cope with most complex situations 
  • Promote business orientation and solution-oriented mindset in the team, to prevent shortages and meet business last minute opportunity requests 
  • Performance follow up:
  • OTIF, PNA 
  • BO level
  • Inventory levels 

 

STPA coordinator tasks:

  • Operations management and improvement projects 
  • QUOTA and promo follow up and execution 
  • BTS events 

 

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 4-5 years of Experience in Supply Chain (Demand, Supply planning, Customer service management)
  • Knowledge of the English language (minimum level B2 to the European Language Framework).
  • Sufficient computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP, POWER BI), Internet.
  • In depth knowledge of Logistics
  • Communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal;
  • Excellent decision making and team-work skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Client – oriented behaviour;
