What You`ll Do:

  • Preparation of data models for automation of regular information
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new reports or analyses.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.
  • Data management role by analyzing big volume of data and different sources in order to present it in a simplified way.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies.
  • Gathering and analyzing data for preparation of internal reports/dashboards to support Procurement, Packaging engineering and other stakeholders activities.
  • Creating reports using Power BI and SQL. Able to use data and produce automated reports.
  • Participation in internal projects related to the development and implementation of new functionalities in the information system, which are caused from business, risk or reporting needs.
  • Perform quality assurance/validation of data, master data cleaning initiatives
  • Monitor regulatory developments and lead updates in reporting frameworks, while participating in projects for automation, standardization, and system enhancements
  • Ensure reports adhere to organizational data policies, standards, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Maintain data security and integrity across reporting systems.
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Provide training or guidance to colleagues on interpreting reports and using data tools.

 

What You'll Bring to BIC

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar data reporting role.
  • Strong skills in  Power BI, and MS Excel  
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL is considered advantage
  • Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and business concepts.
  • Ability to adapt to new and challenging situations
