As a Procurement Data Reporting Specialist you will ensure accurate, timely, and automated reporting and data analysis related to procurement and internal processes. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of data models for automation of regular information 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for new reports or analyses.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency.
  • Data management role by analyzing big volume of data and different sources in order to present it in a simplified way.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies.
  • Gathering and analyzing data for preparation of internal reports/dashboards to support Procurement, Packaging engineering and other stakeholders’ activities.
  • Creating reports using Power BI and SQL. Able to use data and produce automated reports.
  • Participation in internal projects related to the development and implementation of new functionalities in the information system, which are caused by business, risk or reporting needs.
  • Perform quality assurance/validation of data, master data cleaning initiatives
  • Monitor regulatory developments and lead updates in reporting frameworks, while participating in projects for automation, standardization, and system enhancements
  • Ensure reports adhere to organizational data policies, standards, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Maintain data security and integrity across reporting systems.
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Provide training or guidance to colleagues on interpreting reports and using data tools.
  • Support in data collection activities

 

Requirements

• Previous experience on a similar data reporting role of minimum 1-3 years. 

• Bachelor education in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering. 

• Fluent English  

• Sufficient computer literacy (Power BI, MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, JDE is a plus, ERP). 

• High level of customer service skills. 

• Ability to work in a team; 

•Willingness to learn new technologies and business concepts.
