What You`ll Do:

• Content creation within Buy4BIC-Ivalua software, in which you will be train
• Administer Vendor master data compliance checks including alignment with AP team
• Follow SLA/KPI’s for different services are realized
• Execute based upon input from Centers of Excellence on new & modified content request according guidelines
• Strong mindset on data integrity on proposed content
• Provide service ensuring is delivered within Global and local laws and regulations and within applicable BIC policies.
• Identify updates for vendor master management processes including: add / change / approvals, activate / deactivate policies, fields to be captured and hierarchy
• Obtain required vendor information to create and/or complete vendor master records
• Check vendor information (e.g. VAT numbers, VAT Group / Category) by obtaining required certification and information
• Train staff on content and vendor management topics
• P Card Administration
• Perform all content management activities for Packaging Engineering
• Review new vendors and their products
• Communicate product-related issues and concerns to vendors
• Develop and implement vendor onboarding programs
• Communicate vendor responsibilities and obligations
• Establish vendor performance standards and suggesting improvements
• Act as an intermediary between vendors Supplier management
• Coordinate and suggest all vendor management activities and processes
• Troubleshooting any vendor issues
• Maintain and update all vendor documentation and update contract terms of existing vendors
• Responsible for ensuring vendor and item master data to other functions on master data related topics.
• Provide advice and analysis to the team manager.

What You'll Bring to BIC

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar data reporting role.
• Strong skills in  Power BI, and MS Excel  
• Knowledge and experience with SQL is considered advantage
• Experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
• High level of commitment, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and business concepts.
• Ability to adapt to new and challenging situations
