The Short term product availability coordinator will have for a main mission to ensure product availability in European DCs/Hubs on the short-term horizon (current month/next month).

Operations management:

Ensure product availability in the right place, in the right quantity, and at the right moment.
Follow closely and manage allocation quantities per country in case of quota management at EU level (long-term shortage situation).
Manage last-minute sales opportunity requests coming from local business teams in cooperation with Demand and Supply Planning teams.
Coordinate promotional operations and key events (Back to School, Beauty Season) through specific follow-up processes.
Take part in projects to implement or improve processes and tools

Interaction:

Make and facilitate the link between local teams, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning teams.
Reinforce relationships with countries (One team One goal)

Qualifications / Technical Skills:

English fluent
university degree
2-4 years of Experience in Supply Chain Sufficient
computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP, POWER BI),
Customer-oriented
Excellent Communication skills,
positive attitude,
diplomat,
able to work in a multicultural environment.
Sense of priority,
well organized
