We are looking for a dedicated and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing team . The ideal candidate is, highly organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and efficient customer support via email, phone, and live chat.
Assist French‑speaking customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product information.
Communicate confidently in French, English, and Spanish as needed.
Manage customer orders, cases, ensure timely follow‑ups, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the improvement of processes and customer service standards.

🎯 Requirements

Native or fluent French is essential.
High proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
