We are looking for a highly motivated and service‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a native French speaker with strong English communication skills, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and capable of managing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution with accuracy and care.
  • Ensure timely follow‑up and maintain strong customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support) to solve customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow established processes and service standards.

Requirements

  • Native-level French (mandatory).
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
