In 2024, BIC’s North American cohort welcomed 24 students from 21 different universities spanning across the U.S. and Canada. Our interns joined BIC teams spanning across several business functions, including our finance, supply chain, HR, IT, sales and legal teams. 

Over the course of our 10-week program, BIC interns immerse themselves in projects that support our mission of bringing simplicity and joy to everyday life, providing them with insight into the day-to-day activities of a CPG organization.
