      3. Tell Us About You! 👩‍💻 –

Once our expert team of recruiters have reviewed your application, you will be contacted by a member of our team via phone or email if we think you’re a great fit for the role. From there, they’ll work with you to set up a meeting and further discuss your background and interest in the position. Use this time to stand out by sharing your background and what makes you a great fit for Team BIC.

Remember – interviews are a two-way street! Use this time to ask questions and learn more about the team, our culture and current initiatives. You should be able to wrap up this screening session and picture yourself as a part of the team!

      4. Time to Shine ✨ –

After successfully impressing our recruiting team, you will be invited to learn more about the role and our business through a formal interview process! The next steps can vary depending on the position and location of the role you applied for, but you’ll likely be invited to meet the team in an individual, panel or virtual group setting. Be prepared for a variety of situational, hypothetical, and maybe some out-of-the-box questions. Remember - we want to get to know YOU!

All the technical details aside… your first interview is an exciting step so come prepared, do not shy away from expressing yourself, and aim to leave a lasting impression!

      5. Cue the drum roll... You got a job offer! 👏 –

Some may argue that this is the most difficult part of the entire process – waiting to find out the news. We know how nerve-wracking it can be, so our team strives to keep candidates in the loop with real-time feedback no matter the result.

If Team BIC is a great fit for you, it’s finally time to sign on the dotted line. We work to ensure your personal needs and values align with our business goals! Our comprehensive approach to employee well-being allows us to provide you with a variety of great Total Rewards offerings – ask your recruiter for more detail!

      6. Hit The Ground Running On Day 1 🙌 –

Congratulations, you are an official member of Team BIC! To make sure you’re set up for success from day 1, you’ll spend the day learning about our history, organizational strucutre, product offerings, culture and more! In partnership with your manager and team, we’ll make sure you have all the tools you’ll need to unlock the power of your potential.
