Our recruiters scan countless resumes each day, so differentiate yourself with your resume. Keep it succinct and easy to read with consistent formatting. Show us what makes you unique in your previous experiences, acquired skills, and education. Attention to small details will make you stand out from other potential candidates!

#3: Prepare for the interview

Think of your initial phone screen as your first impression. You’ve already submitted your resume, filled out an application and now it’s go time! You’ll have the opportunity to shine a light on who you really are and showcase what makes you the ideal candidate! Be ready with examples of your work, clear talking points and some questions to show you've dedicated time and effort into the process. Many of our interviews are held virtually, so go the extra mile and prep for any technical difficulties that may arise. There’s nothing worse than a last-minute glitch!
