At BIC Services Sofia, we believe that helping people unlock their potential is key to building a positive, motivating work environment. Professional development and well-being go hand in hand, and continuous learning is at the heart of how we grow together. 

We are launching a 18-month learning and development program across 2026 and 2027, designed to help our teams build and enhance the skills they need to thrive in a rapidly changing professional landscape. More than 70% of our Sofia-based team members in key strategic roles will take part in 21 carefully selected training courses focused on both personal growth and professional excellence. 

The program offers learning opportunities across areas such as collaboration, communication, leadership, entrepreneurship, and modern business and digital skills. It combines onsite and online learning, offering flexibility while ensuring practical, hands-on experience that can be applied directly to everyday work. 

The courses will be delivered through engaging sessions led by experienced learning professionals, supporting our people as they deepen their expertise, build confidence, and continue progressing in their careers. 

By creating space for learning, exploration, and development, BIC Services Sofia fosters a culture where people are encouraged to grow, adapt, and shape their own career paths—while contributing to the quality and sustainability of the services we deliver every day. 

This initiative is co-funded by the European Union under the “Human Resources Development” Program 2021–2027, supporting skills development and workforce resilience.
