"Gaining more experience with a larger customer and taking on more responsibility motivated my last career pivot. My current role allows me to impact the Shave business in a significant way. Being responsible for a large portion of the Shave number in NAM sets the tone for overall performance, and I am excited to continue generating growth for the BIC organization."
