After originating in Brazil, BICUp was deployed in 2024 across our manufacturing Stationery and Blade Excellence facilities in various countries around the globe – empowering team members to submit ideas that improve sustainability, safety, and process efficiency. And the results speak for themselves: 

  • 40,000+ ideas submitted 
  • 25,000+ implemented 
  • 3,000+ team members contributed at least one approved idea 

 

To celebrate the momentum, the first BICUp Global Awards were hosted in Manaus, Brazil. It was a powerful moment of recognition, highlighting not just the innovations themselves, but the passionate team members behind them.
