What is the 360° Parenthood Program? 

• Time to Talk: We facilitate open discussions around parenthood through conferences and meetings, ensuring that everyone feels heard and supported in their individual situations. 
• A Shared Framework: We've established a transparent framework to address the needs of parents and caregivers, with comprehensive guides and resources available for team members.  
• Local Support: We offer local support to team members in need, including mental health and well-being assistance, collective solidarity, and personalized solutions. Our dedicated Parenthood referent is also available to provide support and guidance.
