Why did you choose a career in engineering?
"I chose Supply Chain because I enjoy solving complex problems that connect people, processes, and technology. It’s a space where I can drive tangible impact every day."
What does your day-to-day look like?
"My day involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, leading regional logistics projects, and ensuring we align operations with commercial goals across Mexico, Ecuador, and GEM LAM."
What’s the most rewarding part of your role?
"The most rewarding part is seeing how our collaborative work improves service to customers while empowering local teams and strengthening BIC’s footprint in the region."
What advice would you give to young women exploring engineering?
"Be curious, ask questions, and embrace change—Supply Chain is dynamic, and the more adaptable and collaborative you are, the greater your impact will be."

Why did you choose a career in engineering?
"Engineering has always been my passion, and packaging sits at the intersection of creativity, problem-solving, and global impact—it’s where design meets logistics and sustainability."
What does your day-to-day look like?
"No two days are the same: I interact with cross-functional teams, manage packaging strategy and design, support manufacturing, and collaborate with global partners to optimize performance and sustainability."
What’s the most rewarding part of your role?
"Seeing how our packaging solutions make a real difference—from reducing waste and costs to enhancing customer experience—is incredibly rewarding."
What advice would you give to young women exploring engineering?
"Stay curious, be open to learning from every part of the business, and never underestimate the value of collaboration—great packaging doesn’t happen in isolation."

Why did you choose a career in engineering?
"I started my academic journey with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and BIC introduced me to what has become my passion today: Packaging Engineering."
What does your day-to-day look like?
"I start my day by walking through the offices, greeting the teams with a quick 'Buenos días!' before diving into project reviews, priorities, and supporting my team in tackling challenges across multiple packaging initiatives."
What’s the most rewarding part of your role?
"I love knowing that our work contributes directly to the success of the business. It’s also fulfilling to support my team’s growth and to learn something new every day—whether it’s a technical insight or a fresh perspective from a colleague."
What advice would you give to young women exploring engineering?
"Always be curious and open to learning from everyone."
