The Assembly-Packaging Machine Operator Expert is responsible for the operation and monitoring of the Business Unit’s Assembly & Packaging machines. He/She ensures the safe and efficient operation of these machines by carrying out the 1st level of maintenance, which includes cleaning, lubrication, product set ups and adjustments. He/She informs his/her supervisor of the machine efficiency, as well as, for any corrective and/or improvement actions that need to be taken. He/She participates in the preventive maintenance of these machines. He/She is also responsible for the training of the new machine operators. Finally, he/she follows HSE and Quality regulations, as these are defined in our internal procedures.
Main Responsibilities/Tasks:

Start up and operation of Assembly & Packaging machines

Responsible for 1st level of maintenance

Accountable for training new machine operators
-
Participate in machine improvements
-
Participate in preventive maintenance
-
Monitor and record machine interventions
-
Monitor and record product and machine parameters
-
Carry out product changeovers and machine set ups
-
Required to inform the Shift Supervisor and Production Supervisor
-
Communicate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Industrialization, Central Maintenance
-
Able to identify safety issues and handle reporting to the Shift Supervisor
-
Responsible for Quality Control of final product
-
Perform pre‐determined audit controls according to the inspection plan
Qualifications:
-
Technical School or Technical Institute Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant, will be considered as a prerequisite

Certified with minimum license of Mechanical Technician
-
3 years of working experience, preferably in industrial field, will be considered as a plus
-
Adequate knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)
-
Advanced PC literacy (especially MS Office)
-
Strong interpersonal skills to collaboratively work with BIC Team Members
-
Strong attention to detail, work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to deliver results

Willing to work in shifts
-
