As Automation & Electronics Maintenance Engineer you will be a member of Manufacturing Maintenance Team responsible for all the electrical – electronic – automation maintenance activities concerning shavers’ production machines, to ensure efficient operation. You will also be involved with electrical-electronic equipment improvement activities and occasionally with new shavers’ equipment construction

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor maintenance activities concerning electrical-electronic equipment.

  • Implement new Industrial Automation technology into existing production lines and processes.

  • Gather, monitor, analyze data from the machines during the initial production period targeting to maximize the performance (OEE, scrap rate), according to the specifications set by company.

  • Participate in the debugging, testing, delivery startup of the new machines in collaboration with the Machine Construction Team.

  • Develop and implement the industrial communication systems for machines networking and data collection.

  • Contribute to the supply of electrical-electronic components.

  • Participate in projects related to electrical-electronic issues including machine improvements.

  • Ensure knowledge transfer (technological know-how) and deliver trainings to other Maintenance team members

  • Take on project management responsibilities on an assignment basis.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • BSc. in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

  • Experience in manufacturing environment 

  • Certified with Electrician license

  • 2 years of prior work experience in relevant field

  • Good knowledge of English & Greek language

  • Knowledge of PLC is a must

  • Knowledge of Vision Systems & Robotics is a nice to have 

  • Team spirit is key to succeed in this role
