He/she manages the ordering system for spare parts and non-stock items for the Manufacturing and operates the CMMS for work orders & requests related to BU’s needs. He/she is also responsible for the processing & reporting of the production KPIs.
Main Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Key user of the ordering system for spare parts and non-stock items. Responsible for non-stock inventories management
- Coordinate with external companies (contractors, suppliers, etc.)
- Oversee work requests for Maintenance and Repairs through the CMMS
- Process production data and generate KPI reports
- Provide assistance to the Production Supervisor and Business Unit Manager with tasks related to current production needs
- Main user of the training management software. Be responsible for the training of the operators and technicians
- Support in the introduction of new products and projects within the Business Unit
Qualifications
Required
- Technological University Graduate
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in a relevant position in industrial production
- Basic Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods
- Good Knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
- English – Fluent level
