The Process and IMM Maintenance Coordinator is involved in all the maintenance activities and projects concerning Injection Molding Machines ensuring this way efficient operation.
He/She is responsible to drive projects, activities and improvements concerning plastic parts production equipment (IMMs/Auxiliaries).
- Manage IMM and Auxiliaries Maintenance Team
- Responsible for maintenance activities concerning Molding Machines
- Control & manage related spare parts
- Control maintenance tools, stores, and equipment
- Injection Molding Process troubleshooting
- Correct quality issues
- Diagnose and correct downtime issues
- Involved in the procurement of Molding Machine components and spare parts
- Cooperate with GI&I and OPEX in cross-functional teams to industrialize new products in Shavers category
- Start new Injection Molding Machines
- Validate new Injection Molds
- Conduct projects related to Molding process issues, including machine improvements
- Ensure knowledge transfer and training to IMM Maintenance team
- Provide training regarding Molding to BU relevant personnel
- Report, communicate, and inform his/her manager about operational, safety and quality issues
- Comply with company’s HSE policies that promote zero accidents behavior. Promote safe work habits and a safe working environment.
- Technical School Degree
- 5-10 years of working experience in relative industrial management position, preferably in a multinational environment
- Prior experience in Injection Molding facilities layouts and facilities systems (e.g. materials conveying, process water, material drying etc.)
- Proven hands-on experience with Injection Molding Machines, Molds, Automation and Auxiliary equipment
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, coach, and mentor people
- Mechanical aptitude for analytical problem solving
- Adequate understanding of Injection Molding processing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
