In this role You will:

 

  • Own the Route to Market agenda. The role will be responsible for designing a 3-5 years business plan that will scale our stationery business in Division 1000 (stationery sales division) focusing mainly on B2B , bookstores and e-com.
  • Build strong partnership with distributors.
  • Lead the Joint Business Planning process for your customers
  • Own the P&L of the division of sales and be responsible to deliver the Net Sales objective (it being the main KPI)
  • Will develop and own the commercial calendar for Division1000 by working closely internally with different departments and distributors (promo plans,marketing activities, trade marketing programs, commercial conditions for distributors, incentive programs)
  • Work together with partners, ensuring that the numerical distribution objective for stationery by channel is achieved in line with the strategy
  • Manage a team (1 person)

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in stationery sales (this is a critical requirement given the specificity of the industry)
  • Knowledge of the market and customers landscape in stationery
  • Distributor management and/or managing teams
  • Ability to operate in a complex environment as part of a cross-functional team and the ability to manage a complex portfolio
  • Team-player ; this is also a critical requirement since the role will work closely with finance, marketing and also other sales managers (from other divisions of sales)
