JOB DESCRIPTION

 

You will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the marketing landscape for our Lighter & Shaver categories in North Africa : Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia, driving revenue growth and making a lasting impact. Join us to be part of a dynamic team, passionate about delivering exceptional products and campaigns to our customers.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Leverage your deep understanding of the category and the markets to contribute in building brand strategies that drive business growth and maximize market impact.
  • Develop and executes all ATL and BTL activities in North Africa to meet BIC’s Lighter & Shaver objectives, within approved annual budget and in in close collaboration with BIC extended teams.
  • Monitor Lighter & Shaver sales volumes, market share, trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Identify key issues and opportunities to increase market share and creatively help in growing the business.
  • Be the owner of the brand and support internal and external teams in building category expertise

 

 

Projects You’ll Work On:

 

  • Drive brand turnover, volume and value Market shares, while delivering on the category profitability.
  • Help build concept-based marketing campaigns, that deliver on both functional and emotional aspects, meaningfully connecting with our core targets.
  • Drive the portfolio premiumization through value-added product launches, range monitoring

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

What We’re Looking For In You:

 

  • You have a Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Communication, Engineering or related fields.
  • You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Brand management / Consumer insights preferably in a FMCG environment
  • You have a proven track record of successfully executing marketing strategies and delivering measurable results.
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed business decisions.
  • You are described as a good communicator and presenter who can effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Arabic, French and English fluency are mandatory
  • Creativity, Empathy & inner passion about brands and consumers are a real plus.
