Responsabilities: 

  • Design, build, test, and deploy People Analytics reports/dashboards, data visualisations, and individual analysis projects. 

  • Gather business requirements and translate into analytics project plans.

  • Source and clean data, and help build data models.

  • Translate data into actionable insights and value, and communicate and present results.

  • Help develop analytical capabilities across HR.

  • Assist in data quality controls, and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee data in accordance with privacy regulations. 

  • Partner with HR colleagues and local teams during HR processes; contribute to global legal and compliance reporting.

Qualifications: 

  • Post graduate or enrolled in advanced degree program in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including formulas and pivot tables.

  • Understanding of databases/data structures, and experience working with analytics tools (Power BI/Power Query, or similar e.g. Python, SQL)

  • This is a globally focused role, so fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).

  • Ability to demonstrate analytical curiosity, combined with a methodical approach.

  • Ability to think creatively and manage projects effectively, including able to collaborate well in a team.
