Overview

As Manager, Global Brand Development for Blade Excellence category, you will be responsible for supporting the creation of impactful brand building campaigns and activations that engage the consumer and persuade them into buying and loving the brand.  

 

Your main mission
•    Support advertising and big idea development against our global shaver category and key brand initiatives, cascaded across all consumer-facing content and touchpoints, including advertising, POS, consumer activation & PR ideas, partnerships and social.
•    Create and manage project timelines, working with internal and external partners to gain and maintain strict adherence to project schedules.
•    Develop and cascade communication toolkits across regions. 
•    Lead the development of best-in-class e-comm creative – from brief development through asset delivery.
•    Help foster a Center of Excellence in Marketing; including social media and consumer activation, PR and influencer ideas, media content and platform trends (e.g. NFTs, ASMR, etc)  and partnerships
•    Become an expert on the category, including monitoring competitive communication and business trends at a global level, to help differentiate BIC’s brand positioning and communications.
•    Review, monitor, evaluate and extract learnings from marketing activities so as to continuously improve ROI 
•    Ignite passion in the marketing function and to build credibility around marketing across the organization.
•    Manage meetings with regional teams to foster strong relationships between global and regional teams, and help ensure local needs and initiatives are aligned with global activation plans.
•    Manage the Blade Excellence budget

 

Qualifications:
•    At least 3 years experience in a similar role at a CPG/FMCG company or consumer oriented Start Up

•    Fluency in English 

•    Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word 

•    Experience with social media, PR and consumer activations 
•    Experience in managing budgets 
•    Demonstrated project and product management expertise 
•    Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

•    Global experience with content development and production is a plus
