JOB DESCRIPTION

 

As Associate Manager Communications you will report to the Senior Manager Communications for the Europe and Asia region. Replacing one of our team member on maternity leave, you will play a key role in supporting the teams especially in France on various topics : product launch campaigns, events coordination, press relations,...

 

Your main responsibilities will include:  

 

External comms: 

  • Manage PR planning for France  

  • Manage press review for Europe and APAC, with a specific focus on France 

  • Manage incoming press requests for content, images or interviews 

  • Draft key messages, Q&As, pitches and briefings notes for spokespersons 

  • Draft press releases for French and/or European launches/events 

  • Establish press lists for European markets, according to categories and different types of projects  

  • Develop and review social media content for French, European or global accounts as needed 

  • Support managing French PR agency 

 

Internal comms 

  • Write and post articles on the intranet and on digital display screens 

  • Support with internal events 

  • Support with filming/recording contents internally  

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field required.  

  • First valuable experience within public relations, employee communications or corporate communications at an agency or in-house.  

  • Excellent written and oral skills in French and English.  

  • Proficiency in the professional use of social media, and comfort using digital collaboration tools.  

  • Video editing skills are a plus
