As Global Compliance Director you are in charge of ensuring that BIC is in compliance with any and all applicable laws relating to ethics and compliance, as well as data privacy and trade compliance. You will report to the Group General Counsel.
Your main missions are :
- Roll out a solid and realistic compliance (including data privacy and trade compliance) programs
- Ensure compliance with the recurring obligations of the various anti-corruption legislation across the world (risk mapping, duty of vigilance etc), including training the company on compliance processes and rules
- Investigating whistleblowing alerts and any other matter that requires investigation
- Conduct due diligence on all third parties, including compliance programs of acquisition targets
You'll bring:
- Masters' degree in law
- At least 10 years experience in compliance, in an international environemnt including at least France and the US
- Strong knowledge and understanding of privacy laws around the world
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and related compliance
- Solid capabilities in compliance and privacy
- Ability to influence all team members in the organization up to C-level
- Fluent English and French
