Job Description
As Senior HR manager in our Global Supply Chain business unit, you are the key HR partner for the European Supply Chain team (approx. 250 team members in more than 10 countries).
This newly created department belongs to the Global Supply Chain (GSC) organization, gathering the end to end Supply Chain teams at BIC.
You will anticipate business needs, and translate strategy into efficient HR actions, in order to develop the GSC workforce of the future and build high performance and engaged teams that deliver breakthrough and sustainable results.
Main responsibilities:

Co-build and deploy the Group Supply Chain HR strategy in your client group.

Continuously challenge Org design & Org effectiveness to question the status quo and to make sure we set up the right organization for tomorrow, with the right talents at the right place and at the right time.

Build the workforce of the future - Build and roll out People capability development program, prepare succession plans, deploy the relevant Talent Management processes and initiatives, fuel the talents pipelines.

Build a relevant GSC change management strategy and deploy Change Management plans successfully in order to answer stakeholders’ needs and deploy the right GSC culture.

Improve diversity by attracting, retaining, training, promoting and fostering an inclusive environment in GSC.

Lead the comprehensive people agenda for your functions, (including labor law, training, recruitment, career management, compensation, etc.) in close collaboration with Local HR Business Partners and CoEs.

Define and ensure the application of all HR procedures and processes.
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree – consulting background welcome.

8+ years' HRBP experience in an international environment.

Previous experience in supply chain preferred.

Ability to work in a matrix organization and lead a transformation process in a complex environment.

Strong experience in organizational design and effectiveness, capability building, workforce planning, talent management, change management.

Fluency in English and French.
