As part of the Group Insights & Innovation Business Unit, the Senior Manager, Design supports the VP Research and Development in the delivery of global multi-year growth strategies. This role is responsible for developing and strengthening Customer Centric Design, and foster interdisciplinary Innovation and Design Thinking capabilities of the GI&I R&D.

You are expected to make proactive proposals reflecting trends of the CPG industry and other product ranges, show awareness of technologies, materials & processes.
Main responsibilities:

•    Explores, listens and analyzes to ideate, innovate and shape clever, delightful designs for our customers,
•    Combines cross functional inputs from consumers and markets, development, industrialization and sustainability into competitive products and visuals,
•    Interacts with all departments and adapts on designing for multiple brands/product lines according to our requirements,
•    Makes proactive proposals reflecting trends of the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry and other product ranges, show awareness of technologies, materials & processes,
•    Leads direct report(s) on the day-to-day operational functions of the global design. 



•    Bachelor’s degree in industrial design or arts, Master degree preferred,
•    7-10 years of Design experience in Global Consumer-Packaged Goods company,
•    Appetite in design thinking process is required, demonstrated project and product management expertise,
•    Demonstrated people leadership and proven track record of coaching & developing,
•    Fluency in English is required,
•    Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, hand Drawing, 2D Illustrations (Photoshop), Storytelling, 3D Softwares,
•    Demonstrated project and product management expertise,
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
•    Ability to work on cross-functional teams and influence without authority,
•    Efficient and effective with time management.
