The Total Rewards Manager – International Mobility & Compensation plays a dual role: managing the full lifecycle of international mobility across the Group and supporting key compensation activities and projects at Group level. As a trusted advisor and technical expert, this role ensures compliant, effective, and business-aligned mobility practices, while contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group's Total Rewards programs.
what you will do :
International Mobility Management
- Manage international assignments end-to-end (compensation packages, assignment letters, tax, immigration, relocation coordination).
- Prepare cost estimates, define terms and conditions, and coordinate implementation with all stakeholders (internal teams, external vendors).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (legal, tax, social security, immigration…), and constructively challenge business decisions to reinforce alignment with policy intent — balancing cost, compliance, and fairness.
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR, managers, and assignees on all mobility-related matters
- Proactively identify and manage risks and anticipate regulatory changes.
- Monitor policy application and contribute to policy evolution and process improvement.
- Management of invoicing for global services related to international assignments.
Compensation Projects & Group Total Rewards Support:
Assist the Group Total Rewards Senior Manager in:
- Conducting job levelling for new roles or organizational changes and supporting the consistent application and governance of the Group’s job architecture.
- Contributing to compensation benchmarks and market analyses to support decision-making.
- Participating in LTI processes: eligibility review, allocations coordination and communication to stakeholders.
- Formalizing processes, developing tools and dashboards, and supporting global Total Rewards initiatives.
- Provide data analysis and reporting for compensation reviews and ad hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in international mobility
Technical & Functional Skills
- Solid understanding of global mobility processes and compliance (taxation, immigration, social security, legal…).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with HRIS and data reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus
- Working Knowledge of compensation practices is a plus (job levelling, benchmarking, LTI)
